User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Bexo application, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

Bexo is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you fulfill this age requirement.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bexo for personal use on your mobile device. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the application software.

4. Virtual Goods and Purchases

Bexo offers the ability to purchase virtual "Coins" to unlock specific internal features. These purchases are one-time transactions; Bexo does not offer subscriptions at this time. All sales are final and subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bexo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss occurring on your local device or any indirect damages arising from the use of the application.
